Returns We are confident you´ll love our beautiful handcrafts but since designs and mix of colors of our weavings can change from one to an other, we want to make it easy for you in case you don´t feel comfortable with your item, that is why we accept returns on items that have not been used or have any type of alteration.
Please write us at email@example.com with all details within the next 10 days after the date you received your order, we will get back to you with all details on how to process your return item with no charge.
All refunds are process and given in the original form of payment as long as they are shipped back to us within the next 10 days after the day you received your item. If for any reason you are not able to send your item on this period of time and it still arrives within 45 days since you received your order, don´t worry you still get credit on our e-shop for future purchases.
Once your item is at our warehouse please give us 6 business days to process your return and another 10 business days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
In order to make your return as fast as possible, please follow the steps, this will make everything much easier for you and for us:
Please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will contact you back with all shipping labels for your return.
Please use a proper package to place your item and replace all previous shipping labels.
Place the return shipping label we previously send you and drop your package at your most convenient UPS store or schedule a pick up at www.ups.com, you will found a tracking number in the same email with the shipping labels.
Once we received your return item at our warehouse, we will write you an email confirming its arrival. Please allow 7 business days from the date it arrives to process your return.
